Haha, bringing out the interior decorator (gay) in DD! We probably won't change much right off the bat, if we get it. It is move in ready, as far as we know. Baring anything crazy on an inspection, there would be no reason to change anything. But yeah, the red with the dark hard wood is awesome. There is a territorial view out those front windows, and you can actually see a peekaboo view of downtown Bellevue.

And yes the hard work is paying off, but we are also in the right place at the right time (hopefully). It was something that we could afford, that we actually liked. Good school district, good neighborhood, etc. It isn't the hugest house by any stretch, but we don't need a crazy big house.

It looks like we will be receiving a counter offer at some point this morning, let you know how it goes.

So they came back with a really reasonable counter offer, and we accepted 99% of it. Sent it back last night, so we should hear back sometime this morning/afternoon what the verdict is...We feel good about them accepting it though. If all goes well (knock on wood) we will take possession of the house on 4/26.

Again, I will let you know how it all goes.
